The people
behind the pattern.
DP5's core skill is recognizing the same underlying pattern across industries other specialists never connect.
Mapping a technology's problem to its underlying shape, then finding every vertical where that shape recurs, is the direct result of two careers spent across capital markets, banking, payments, healthcare, biotech, and AI governance. That combined, multi-vertical background is why Daniel and Mary see patterns a narrower specialist can't.
Every technical proof and quantified business case DP5 builds comes from people who've personally held that accountability themselves, rather than from a boutique advisory firm's sales narrative.

Daniel Pardhe
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Daniel is a technology strategist with over 20 years of experience architecting large-scale digital ecosystems for the world's most demanding industries. Having led mission-critical initiatives at MUFG, U.S. Bancorp, and Banner Health, he has a proven track record of delivering results in highly regulated environments, consistently on-target and on-time.
His core strength is the ability to walk into a complex domain, learn it faster than anyone expects, and identify the architectural risks and financial inefficiencies that others miss. Whether migrating 100M+ records ahead of schedule or identifying $300M in platform license savings, his focus extends beyond delivery to understanding where the work fits within the broader organizational strategy, approaching every engagement with the efficiency and accountability of a founder.
As a certified Data Product Manager, AI Product Manager, and Growth Product Manager, he brings rigor to product strategy and architecture, ensuring that technical decisions are tracked, measured, and presented in terms that inform leadership and board-level decisions.

Mary Pardhe, PhD
Chief Operating Officer
How do we responsibly scale transformative technology from idea to deployment? That question has defined Mary Pardhe's career and now guides her operational role at DP5. With a background ranging from molecular biology to AI governance, Mary brings a rare combination of scientific rigor, entrepreneurial experience, and operational expertise.
She holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Arizona State University and is the co-inventor of the recombinant immune complex (RIC) platform, a novel antibody technology that resulted in three patents, peer-reviewed publications, and several vaccine and therapeutic candidates. As co-founder and Chief Science Officer at VaxSyna, she managed $2.5M in federally funded R&D projects, navigating the intersection of scientific uncertainty, regulatory compliance, and fiscal responsibility.
As a certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Mary works with enterprises to build the operational and governance frameworks that emerging technology demands, giving every DP5 client the structure and clarity needed to scale with confidence.
